Single-User License
Each LUT purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to the individual buyer. The LUT may not be shared, distributed, sold, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred to any other person, entity, or platform.
Prohibited Actions
Sharing LUT files with others (paid or free).
Uploading LUTs to any public or private file-sharing service.
Selling or reselling LUTs as part of another product or bundle.
Reverse-engineering, modifying, or repackaging LUTs for redistribution.
Legal Enforcement
Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or resale of Filmatic AI LUTs constitutes a breach of this agreement and may be subject to legal action, financial penalties, and account termination.
Fair Use
LUTs may be used freely within your own projects, including commercial work, without additional fees—provided the LUT files themselves are not shared.
